I DON’T KNOW HOW TO BOOK?

  1. Go to WellnessSpace.co.uk/passes/.

  2. Click 'Log-in/Register' down on the right.

  3. If you don't already have a profile with us, then create one here by adding in all of your contact details. Please note that if you are booking little ones into our Baby/Child Wellness classes, you use your own profile. If you have two children, you will have to create two profiles with two separate email addresses.

  4. If you want to purchase a class pass or membership with us, go back to WellnessSpace.co.uk/passes/. You will be asked to enter your card details and you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.

  5. Then, once you have bought your pass or if you simply want to PAYG, go to WellnessSpace.co.uk/class-schedule/ to have a look at the schedule.

  6. Once you have seen the class you want, click 'Book'. All Baby/Child Wellness classes are charged at £7.50. For adult classes, if you bought a class pass or membership you will not be charged, but if you PAYG you will be charged £9.

  7. You can log in to your profile at any time to see which classes you have signed up to, view your class history, cancel classes or update your contact information.

MY SCREEN KEEPS GOING WHITE/BLANK?

This may happen with some older versions of iOS and some older devices. Please try using the website again on a different device. Laptops and desktops work best.


CAN I USE MY PROFILE TO TO BOOK A CLASS FOR MY PARTNER?

Unfortunately not. Every individual person who comes to the studio needs their own profile. You cannot share a profile with someone.

WHEN I AM TRYING TO BOOK A CLASS IT SAYS ‘NOT ELIGIBLE’?

This is because you haven’t set up a profile, or purchased a pass. Or you may not be logged into your profile.

I WANT TO BOOK A CLASS BUT IT IS NOT LETTING ME?

Please make sure you have a valid credit or membership which is valid on the date of that particular class. Classes can only be booked 2 weeks in advance.

DO THE CLASS PASSES EXPIRE?

Yes. All of our passes have an expiration date which are indicated upon purchase. Class passes start on the date of your first class. Monthly Memberships on the One Year Unlimited Membership start on the date of purchase.

WHEN DO THE CLASS PASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS START?

Class passes begin on the date of your first class. Monthly Memberships and and the One Year Unlimited Pass will start from the date of purchase.

I WANT TO BUY A CLASS PASS BUT IT IS NOT LETTING ME?
If you currently have a Membership or Class Pass that our system will not allow you to buy another. You cannot buy another Class Pass until you have used all the credits on your current Class Pass and/or your Membership runs out.

WHAT DATE WILL MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AUTO-RENEW?

Your Monthly Membership will renew monthly from the date you purchased it. For example, if you bought the membership on the 10th, payment will be taken on the 10th of the following month. Please contact us, at least 5 working days before your membership is about to renew should you wish to cancel your membership. There is a minimum commitment for our Monthly Memberships, which is indicated upon purchase.

DO MY CLASS PASSES AND/OR DOES MY MEMBERSHIP WORK FOR CHILD WELLNESS CLASSES?

No. Child Wellness classes are PAYG. So you can go straight to the class schedule and book. You will be charged £7.50 per session per child.

I WANT TO BOOK A CLASS FOR MULTIPLE CHILDREN?

If you have two or more children, I’m afraid you’ll have to make a profile for each child. Sorry. This is just the way our booking system works. You can book for one child using your profile. Then use an old email address or the address of your partner or family member to create another profile. Then you can go ahead and book for another child.

CAN I CANCEL CLASSES?

Yes, you can cancel classes. We have an 8 hour cancellation policy for classes.

  • If you cancel more than 8 hours in advance, you will be reimbursed with a Class Pass.

  • If you cancel less than 8 hours in advance, you will not be reimbursed with a Class Pass.

  • If you do not show for 2 classes, you will be temporarily blocked from booking any more classes.

CAN I CANCEL MY CLASS PASS OR MEMBERSHIP?
Once purchased all memberships and passes are non-refundable. There is a minimum commitment for each Monthly Membership which is indicated upon purchase. Membership and passes cannot be put on pause.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

  1. Go to WellnessSpace.co.uk/class-schedule/.

  2. Click 'Log-in/Register' down on the right.

  3. Then click ‘Profile’ down on the right.

  4. Under the ‘Bookings’ tab you can see all your past bookings and upcoming bookings. Next to your upcoming bookings you will see the option to cancel. Click ‘cancel’ and you’re done.

  5. You can log in to your profile at any time to see which classes you have signed up to, view your class history, cancel classes or update your contact information.

CAN I CANCEL PRIVATE SESSIONS OR TREATMENTS?

We have an 8 hour cancellation policy for private sessions and treatments.

  • If you cancel more than 8 hours in advance, you will be reimbursed with a credit that expires within 14 days.

  • If you cancel less than 8 hours in advance or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the session.

CAN I CANCEL YOGA BRUNCHES, WORKSHOPS OR THE SUNDERLAND WELLNESS FESTIVAL?

We do not give refunds and we do not issue people with a credit that can be used at a later date. We are however happy to transfer your booking for the same event/course to someone else. Please email us with the name and email address of the person you are transferring your booking to no less than 24 hours before the event and we can arrange that for you.

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THE YOGA CLASSES?

Unless otherwise specified, our events are for over 16s only. Some events have an age restriction where under 16s are unable to attend. This will be detailed on the appropriate information page on our site.

I AM NEW TO YOGA, WHICH CLASS IS GOOD FOR ME?

The Gentle Yoga classes are a great place to start. Please also click here for more info.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT?

We have yoga mats at the studio. However, if you do have your own bring it. It’s always nice to have extra cushioning.


DO I NEED TO COME TO A CLASS EARLY?

Yes, you need to come at least 10 minutes early to arrange your things, and to grab a mat and all the props you need. The door will be locked at the exact start time of the class.

HOW DO I BOOK MYSELF ONTO ONE OF THE RETREATS?

Please contact us expressing your interest in the retreat. We will then send you bank details for you to transfer the money to.


IS THERE A CLASS ETIQUETTE?

By attending any of our events, you agree to:

  • arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time (out of consideration for the teacher and other students, we will lock the door at the time the class starts)

  • take your shoes off before entering the studio

  • turn off your mobile phone

  • leave all your belongings in the changing area

  • clean and return all equipment you used into it's designated place.
