NEW TO YOGA?
Our 5-WEEK BEGINNER COURSE is the one for you.
Over 5 weeks you will be lead through the foundations of a Gentle Yoga and a Vinyasa Flow class. This will included standing poses, seated poses, balancing positions, twists, backbends and may be a few inversions. The Yoga Teacher leading the course, Shalini Cook, is an expert in beginners yoga. She’ll ensure you have the correct alignment in all postures to avoid any injury, and she’ll tailor positions based on your ability. She creates a warm and welcoming environment, and a safe space to practise yoga.
The 5-week beginner course will take place at 11:00-12:15 on Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November.
All 5 sessions will happen at the Sunderland WELLNESS SPACE studio.
£40pp for 5 x 75 minute session (£8 per session).
75 minutes of yoga once a week for 5 weeks.
Bring your own mat and props if you have them, but all of these things will be available to use at the studio.
