These sessions are a great way to ease yourself back into exercising post-pregnancy, while spending some quality time with your little one and connecting with other mams in your area.

We have two styles of sessions that you can join and they all depend on the age/mobility of your little one.


MAMMA & BABY
These classes are suitable from about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks after a c-section, up until they are running around.


MAMMA & MOVER
These classes are suitable for little movers who are are crawling up until about 4 years old. 

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Don't worry if you can't attend every session within the block.

  • Don't worry if you have never done yoga before. 

  • Breastfeeding and nappy changing is always welcome in our studio. Do whatever you need to do.

  • Please always check with your doctor before you start exercise after pregnancy.

  • Feel free to bring buggy, pram, car seat, whatever works best for you and your little one.

  • Please bring your own mat. We have a handful of mats to rent. The fee is £1 per mat.

  • Please note our Mamma & Baby Programmes are non-refundable.

Come alone or come with friends . Everyone is welcome.

These classes are booked in a block, which makes them significantly cheaper than just dropping in. We also offer them like this so you get to know other mammas in the area. We all know it can be a funny time, and yoga plus chatting with other mammas seems to help A LOT!

Drop-ins are also available at our usual drop-in / class pass / membership rate (subject to availability).
