THE SESSIONS
These sessions are a great way to ease yourself back into exercising post-pregnancy, while spending some quality time with your little one and connecting with other mams in your area.
These classes are suitable from about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks after a c-section, up until they are running around.
THINGS TO NOTE
Don't worry if you have never done yoga before.
Breastfeeding and nappy changing is always welcome in our studio. Do whatever you need to do.
Please always check with your doctor before you start exercise after pregnancy.
Please bring your own mat. We have a handful of mats to rent. The fee is £1 per mat.
Please try not to bring a buggy - just for space.
