PRIVATE HALF DAY WELLNESS RETREATS

In need of a bit of a time-out for you and your friends, family, team or colleagues? Then our Private Half Day Retreats may be the thing you’re after.

Join us for 3 hours of movement, mindfulness and meditation, and leave feeling that little bit more relaxed and at ease.

All sessions are designed with you in mind. They can incorporate a variety of the following:
yoga (suitable for any level)
relaxation
breath work
sound therapy

All sessions include snacks and drinks.

WHERE?

Either you can come to us at the Wellness Space Studio in Sunderland (max capacity 14) or we can come to you anywhere in the Sunderland, Newcastle or Durham area (please note there is an extra fee for this and you will have to provide your own mats).
