NINA RAMSHAW

Hi, my name is Nina. I am a certified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support long-term physical wellness.

With a background in Personal Training, I brings a deep understanding of body mechanics, injury prevention, and the demands of various sports and exercise disciplines.

Specialising in sports massage, deep tissue massage, dry cupping and relaxation massage, I work with clients ranging from athletes to those less mobile. I create a warm and welcoming space for everyone, so don’t worry it you have never had a massage before. You’re in good hands. I am deeply committed to providing personalised care for each and every one of my clients, tailoring each treatment to meet your individual needs.

When not working with clients, I am an adventurous spirit who loves to travel and explore new places with my family, embracing every opportunity to live life to the fullest. I believe in practicing what I preach when it comes to movement, recovery, and overall well-being.

 
 

Massage sessions need to be booked 4 hours in advance. 

25% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking. The remaining 75% is paid upon arrival via cash or bank transfer).

Time/date can be rescheduled with 4 days notice and rescheduled to no later than 2 weeks after original appointment date.
